Effective January 1, 2026, PCA Product Stewardship, Inc. is no longer administering the LightRecycle Washington program. The Mercury Lamp Recyclers Association (MLRA) is working with Ecology to finalize the next Stewardship Program Plan for LightRecycle Washington.
